Supported formats: MS Word or PDF with typed text only.
No-go Zone: Scanned images (e.g., assignments, books, notes) won’t work—our software can’t process them, and refunds won’t apply here.
Refund Case:
Oops, wrong language? If you accidentally submit a document in a language other than English and pay the fee, don’t worry! We’ll issue a full refund within 5-7 business days. Hassle-free and lightning-fast!
2. Plagiarism Removal Service
(Includes Plagiarism Reduction, AI Reduction, Document Formatting, Grammar Correction, Citation Formatting)
Refund Scenarios:
Cancel Before You Commit: Delete your submission anytime before paying the advance fee. No cost, no obligation—walk away with peace of mind.
Post-Payment Promise: Once the advance fee is paid, sit tight until the delivery date (shared at payment). You’ll get a notification to pay the remaining balance and claim your polished files.
We Don’t Deliver, You Don’t Pay: If we fail to provide your document with reduced plagiarism by the agreed date, you’re entitled to a full refund of the advance fee. Processed within 5-7 business days—no excuses, just results.
Special Clause – Keep It Untouched!
We stand by the final document we deliver, guaranteeing plagiarism and AI score improvements.
But here’s the catch: If you tweak or modify the document after delivery, our support and refund obligations vanish. No exceptions—this clause is ironclad!
Payment Terms – Don’t Leave Us Hanging!
Non-Payment Rules
Final Payment Deadline: After we notify you (via email) that your task is complete, pay the remaining balance within 24 hours. Can’t make it? Let us know why—communication is key!

Payment Failure Fallout
Work like thesis writing, plagiarism removal, data analysis, molecular docking, figure preparation, or manuscript writing? If you don’t pay the remaining amount within 48 hours of completion (notified via email), we’ll assume you’ve waved goodbye to your project.
What’s Next: Your content becomes PenCraft Academics’ property. We may:

Notify your organization about the payment lapse (at our discretion).
